We are on the 8th floor, Suite 801, of the Fruitvale Gateway Building
Located on the corner of International Blvd. and 27th Avenue in Oakland
We have free secure parking in the back of the building.
Our building and parking lot are secured by private security.
Please take the elevator to the 8th floor, and we are the door on your right.
If the elevator is closed, it is because our office is closed.
Our Payment Safety Deposit Box
If we are unavailable when you arrive at the office, you may leave your documents and payment in the slot of the secure deposit box in the door.
Please place your cash, check, or money order in one of the envelopes provided at the door. Be sure to write your full name, payment amount, and phone number on the envelope.
We will send you a receipt by text or email.
